1) Cancelling Before Dispatch

Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within [5–7] business days.
2) Cancelling After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the items, you may refuse delivery or return the products to us once received, in accordance with our سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email or phone, and any amount already charged will be refunded in full.
